# Anatomy data and attribution The Orthonotes 3D skeleton began with `public/skeleton.glb` from [BodyExplorer](https://github.com/JohanBellander/BodyExplorer), revision `7d04bf3c4de2bd9cb234dd51d7e6857c099afafd`. Phase 2B replaced the runtime file with the unmodified Z-Anatomy `skeletal_male.glb` export from Anatria-3D revision `697cc364e1cea1f5f15bad920ea87426f36c0446`, so all Phase 2 layers share one source scene. The earlier BodyExplorer-derived file remains archived under `scripts/_asset_work/phase2/` for traceability. BodyExplorer credits: - **BodyParts3D / DBCLS**, licensed under [CC BY-SA 2.1 Japan](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.1/jp/deed.en). - **Z-Anatomy** by Gauthier Kervyn, licensed under [CC BY-SA 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). - **BodyExplorer** for its derived/processed GLB and application processing. Its source code is described as MIT licensed; anatomical assets retain their source-data licences. Phase 2 muscle, tendon and ligament geometry comes from the CC BY-SA 4.0 male atlas assets in [Anatria-3D](https://github.com/Nurkan1/Anatria-3D), documented web exports of Z-Anatomy. `muscular-male.glb` and `articular-male.glb` retain the published geometry. `tendons.glb` extracts six explicitly named tendon nodes and recompresses them with Draco without anatomical deformation. The assets and derived files remain under their applicable attribution and ShareAlike terms. Open-source licensing is not evidence of clinical validation. Full provenance is maintained in `docs/ORTHONOTES_3D_ASSET_LICENSES.md`.
