Abstract

♦ Most common in middle age.♦ Classically ECRB affected laterally, Pronator teres and FCR medially.♦ Histology is angiofibroblastic hyperplasia-tendinosis, not inflammation.♦ Treatments include physical and injection therapy, as well as surgery.♦ Concomitant ulna neuritis medially reduces success of surgery.
